How much does HubSpot Revenue Hub Enterprise cost per seat?
HubSpot’s own Revenue Hub pricing page lists Revenue Hub Enterprise at 140 euro per seat per month, read in euro on 1 September 2026 at both positions of that page’s billing control. Enterprise reads 140 whether you pay annually or monthly, so on that tier the annual commitment buys no discount.
Revenue Hub Professional is different on that point and is where the basis matters: 85 euro per seat per month paid annually, 95 euro paid monthly, read at the same two positions. A separate Sales Hub promotion offers new customers Professional at 57 euro and Enterprise at 98 euro, both billed annually and both conditional on buying Sales Hub.
The exact wording of the promotion
This one is on hubspot.com/pricing/sales rather than the Revenue Hub page, and it is quoted in full so you can check it against what you see: "Buy Sales Hub, get Revenue Hub Professional for 57 €/mo/seat (was 95 €/mo/seat) or Enterprise for 98 €/mo/seat (was 140 €/mo/seat) when billed annually. New Sales Hub and Revenue Hub customers only."
Read the struck-through 95 in that banner carefully, because it is the one thing on either page that invites a mistake. HubSpot attaches it to the closing words about annual billing, but 95 euro is the rate for Professional billed MONTHLY; billed annually that seat is 85. The loose pairing is the vendor’s own wording, and it is worth naming rather than repeating: this page restated it as our own unqualified fact until 1 September 2026.
Note also that the Sales Hub page does not list Revenue Hub as a plan you can pick. Its own cards are Sales Hub, at 7, 90 and 150 euro a seat. The only 95 and 140 on it are the struck-through comparators inside the banner above.
Which state these were read at
A price read at one control position is not the page’s price, so here is the position. Both figures were taken from hubspot.com/pricing/revenue on 1 September 2026, in euro, at the page default (Pay Annually) and again at ?term=monthly. Enterprise reads 140 at both. Professional reads 85 at the default, with 95 shown struck through, and 95 at the monthly position.
HubSpot’s own structured data on that page settles it without touching the control at all: Professional is listed at 95.00 EUR for a one-month billing period and 1,020.00 EUR for a one-year period, and 1,020 over twelve months is 85.
HubSpot also localises the page by region, and the figures above are its euro version. Open it from your own country for the number you would actually be billed. Treat any price on a third-party blog as a snapshot rather than a fact, and treat this page the same way: it carries the date it was read, and the control position, for that reason.
What the number attaches to
It is per seat, recurring, and it applies to everyone you want able to approve, because approving requires a seat that is not view-only: "Users in a Revenue Hub account with a hub seat that isn’t View-only can approve standard or advanced approvals."
A four-person approval chain is four seats, not one unlock. The promotional rate is also new-customer pricing, so an existing account renewing is looking at the list figure.
Which capability the Enterprise line actually buys
Advanced approvals only. Property-filtered standard approvals, including thresholds on discount and on quote amount, are already available on Revenue Hub Professional.
The Enterprise-only part is workflow branching, sequential priority chains and bypass rules. If you do not need those, the tier difference is not the thing standing between you and a discount-approval rule.

Quotations are HubSpot’s own wording, copied without alteration. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc. QuoteRelay is not affiliated with HubSpot. Plan names, prices and feature gates change: the date above is when these were read, not a promise about today.
It routes HubSpot quote approvals by rules you write, and sends the approver a signed single-use link. The approver has no HubSpot login and no seat. One rule stays free for good, with unlimited approvers on it.
If you are already on Revenue Hub Professional with a Revenue Seat, HubSpot’s own approvals cost you nothing further, and you should use those instead.
