What QuoteRelay is
A tool that routes HubSpot quote approvals according to rules you write, sends approvers a signed link, and asks HubSpot to publish a quote once someone approves it. It is a first version built by a solo founder. It is not a CPQ, it does not price your quotes, and it does not bill your customers.
What it will not do
It will not return a published quote to draft. HubSpot publishing is one way, and attempting to reverse it takes the buyer-facing page offline while the CRM still reports the quote as live. QuoteRelay therefore treats publishing as final by design, and no support request will change that. If a published quote needs to change, issue a new quote.
Your HubSpot connection
You create the private-app token, you choose its scopes, and you can revoke it at any time from HubSpot. You are responsible for the rules you write and for who you name as an approver. QuoteRelay does the routing; it does not decide your discount policy.
The free tier
One routing rule, with unlimited approvers on it, at no cost and with no time limit. It is not a trial and we will not convert it into one. We may change what future free accounts get, but a rule that is already running keeps running.
Payment and cancellation
The paid plan is $99 per month, flat, per company. No onboarding fee, no minimum seat count and no annual commitment. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, and if that feels wrong in your case, email and ask.
Availability and liability
This is early software. It may be unavailable, and it depends on HubSpot's API being available too. We provide it as is, without warranty. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
